We are back in Kiev

Hi all

It is good too have a decent internet connection again! Whoever comes over here stay away from the doris internet cards. The svit cards are the best plus the web site has an English option.

We have been up and around since 6 am this morning and it is now 11:30 pm!

A lot of positive things have happened today and we will write about it in the morning after we change apartments.

Don't worry it is all positive because of all of your prayers :)

Love to all

Ed and Laura

Hi Ed and Laura, it's good to have you back in cyber space, anyway.
You just make sure that you keep intouch with your Mom and Dad one way or another. It was good to hear from you once again.

Love and prayers sent your way,

Kerry

Hi

Well, it's been two weeks already and it's amazing how lives have been changed in such a short time (but all for the good).
Sounds like you are very busy all the time. Hope all is going as well as it can. As I've said before, everyone here is excited and loves to hear every detail.
You're all in my thoughts all the time. Can't wait to see all of you home soon.

Love, Karen

Hi Laura and Ed!

It's great to have you back on line and wonderful to hear about how the children took to you so quickly. That's got to be so exciting and gratifying for you.

You are getting such a wonderful experience in adjusting to and operating in new surroundings. You make it sound so easy. No doubt your experiences will help you acclimate the children to their new home!

We wish you continued successes on your journey. You remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Love,
Barb and Loren xoxo

I'll bet it feels good to be back in Kyiv for a while, it is so cosmopolitan and they have Internet access everywhere!

How are you fitting in as Americans, do people know right away? We used to have Ukrainians speak to us in English immediately, before we even said a word. Somehow, it was obvious! (And no, we weren't wearing New York t-shirts or cowboy hats, but we might as well have been.)

We hope the process continues on a speedy course and that all the i's get dotted and the t's crossed (and everything notarized of course) so that you can be home for a good part of the summer with your new family.

Keep the details coming, please!
Laura (Tara's mom)
